Hey, I’m Joe Paige, the artist behind Simple Small Tattoos.
I’ve been tattooing professionally since 2009, and it’s been one wild, ink-filled journey ever since. While I’ve worked all over the East Coast—from conventions to guest spots in shops—I’ve proudly called North Carolina home since 2012.
That’s where I’ve really honed my craft, built relationships, and earned the trust of countless clients over the years.

What draws me to tattooing—and keeps me obsessed with it—is its perfect mix of art, storytelling, and personal connection. I’m versatile in many styles, but I specialize in:
